A great find and well shot. I like the saturated sky. Nicely exposed! The problem with the image is not the photography technique nor the subject nor the composition, nor the border, it is the jpg artifacts all throughout the edges of the lines of the sculpture. It is possible that the way it was saved for the web did that.

Love the concept. The photo is well exposed. I think the lighting is a little bright, giving the photo a cold feel overall and making the skin somewhat pale. Perhaps that was the intent. If it was I am understanding the message to be a search for extra-terrestrial life rather than a search for spiritual life. Although, if I think of the concept of the holiness of God, his holiness burns brighter than any fire so would that light be warm or cold? At least you made me think much! Nice job.

Sweet. The only way I see this done in basic is long exposure with a strobe popping consistently throughout the shot at a high frequency. I'm no rocket scientist, but I am guessing a shutter speed at 1 second or less and a frequency of minimum 12 flashes per second.

I am not sure the depth of field is needed in this shot. Did you take another shot at a smaller aperture? I would like to see that for comparison.

Good concept. The lighting and exposure are very similar to another photo in this challenge. I am assuming you teamed up with someone and shared resources. I like the arrangement and the use of light in the background to mimic the sunrise. It is too dark overall and underexposed.
