Very good angle and pose. Lovely catch lights in the eyes. It is overexposed in the face in my opinion, as shown by the lack of detail in the right side of her face turned closest to the window. Bringing the exposure down would have given you a nice, bright subject against a very dark background. I like the color of the window light. The eyes are done very nicely.

You captured the very bright light rather nicely, however there isn't much shadow unless you count the background brought into shadow through underexposure.
