Green is Goodby MonaComment: I like the layers and the use of tilted angle. Wish there was something in the scene to offset the sea of green color. |

Machu Picchu Portraitby zoomlightComment: Having stood and overlooked this wonder, I know the majesty of those piercing mountains! I think this needs a little more sharpening to bring out some of the detail. I love the cloud on top and the light. |

Resonateby hhuddleComment: This would be much better in landscape orientation as the broad dark tree and empty sky makes this feel bottom heavy. |

Balloonsby HeiSchComment: Lovely colors! I know the sky provides context, but try framing the balloons without the sky! All that color and shape would remain! |

On Golden Pondby salmiakkiComment: Lovely sunset. I think you have included a bit too much in the frame. Try cropping this in portrait orientation leaving the horizon on the top third, centering the sun reflection and eliminating the top left corner of this shot completely. That would be the money shot! |

Riverby PaulG13Comment: Nice use of slow shutter speed to capture the motion of the flowing river. I would say to maybe stop the shutter speed down by another 1/2 stop and the flow would be creamy yet still with a little detail. I can still see a little of the stopped action of the whitewater hitting the rocks, so that is why I suggest that.
As far as the color, looks like you got the sunny part of the photo color corrected well, but left the shady part a little blue from the reflection of the sky. Finding a scene with more even light may help with that. |
