On the Brink of Winterby Noel_ZHComment: Nice use of leading lines, and seems technically well done.
I have a couple of suggestions and you are free to take them as you wish.
First, the horizon seems a bit tilted to the right. It may just be an optical trick due to the shoreline on the right side, but it looks tiled a bit to me.
Second, your viewpoint seems to be basically eye-level, which results in the centered horizon and the point of convergence for the leading lines dead center in the image. It makes for a very static composition. You might want to experiment with a noticably lower or, if possible, higher viewpoint. |

free study VII out takeby PurpleFireComment: I like the subject looking at the camera, in a way that engages the viwer rather than making the viewer an outsider, looking in. Makes it less voyeuristic.
As for the underwear label, it is distracting, but being so small, it should be easy to clone it out and make it just black.
Thanks for sharing. |

Aurora.jpgby vikasComment: I think the shot is great, both in the posing and compositionally.
It would seem that either you missed on the focus, or you went a bit overboard with the smoothing on the skin. |

La sciarpa rossaby Rino63Comment: I really can't tell what's going on. It looks like a some kind of red cloth was over the bottle, then move partway through the exposure. What that has to do with the beer, is not evident. The label is not showing, what beer is this an ad for? I can't read the product name, a big advertising no-no. The glass looks dirty and the head on the beer itself is flat. |
