Probably my fault, but my eye went to the screw first. The title moved my eye on to the arrow.

The upper right intersection seems to hit him between the eyes. His left eye (on our right) really looks fierce.

Yes, the chimera is on the right third and does occupy space along the bottom third, but I expected my eye to alight on something special at an intersection. Really liked the shape, empty space and its color, and the color contrast with the flag.
