Heaven help you ifyou do 10 in a 60 zone!by sulamkComment: I think I get it... the speed sign is upside down, right? I hope you didn't do that on purpose!! The lighting creates a cool mood, but overall the photo seems dim to me. Overall, I like it. |

Reflectionby tomlewis1980Comment: The water reflection turned upside down idea works in one or two cases where turning it upside down created a new interpretation, but photos like this one could have been just left the right way up. It's a nice photo other than that. |

Butterfly Restingby indigo997Comment: This is a very beautiful photo. I particularly love the composition, with the angle of the fence and the positioning of the butterfly. Good work :) |

Blue Moon Spoonby greenem2Comment: Beautiful! The reflection is so weird and alien, and everything else so simple and clear. I wouldn't be surprised if this wins :) |

Canon digital photography - for the beauty in lifeby ssComment: Nice photo, but the connection between the zoom lens and the woman with the flower is a bit tentative. Is she intended to be the subject of a photo? The depth of field is really effective though, as well as the purple reflection in the lens. I like it :) |

Got Catnip?by SwashbucklerComment: I was worried from the thumbnail that this cat was in the midst of furballing or something.... My cats have this thing about projectile vomiting, unfortunately :) I don't think the motion blur on the face really helps this picture. The expression on the cat is interesting though. The background is very dull. |

Priceless...by GeneralEComment: It's adorable, a great use of black and white, and even though I'm sure many people will say it doesn't meet the challenge guidelines, it 'sells' a great idea :) Very effective. |

red cliff and waterfallby sulamkComment: Beautiful! The colours are great and the lighting is a little harsh but not badly. Images of moving water are often enhanced by a long exposure time, I've found. In this case it would create a glassy effect to the water with a haze from the spray, but maybe you don't want that. The path of the waterfalls gives me the same feeling I get from Chinese landscape painting, ie. my eyes want to wander all around the picture. |
