Abandoned Shedby BAMartinComment: I love the dappled light and all the stuff draping over it. That sets off the faded colours and rough textures nicely. The light is a little strong though, making parts of the image solid black. Good composition. |

Abandonedby RiderGalComment: Beautiful textures and good composition. The lighting is a bit flat though, with harsh shadows. Did you use the flash? The shallow DOF is an interesting effect, adding depth, but I'm not sure that it works well. |

The Window of Truthby MiekaComment: Interesting idea. I like the beams of light, but I'm not sure about the ripples. The composition is great, I love all the lines in this image. |

Patternsby HBunchComment: I see what you were trying for here, and the composition here is really effective. I think, thought, that the colours could be more interesting with some tweaking. It also seems like you used a little too much compression. |

Craftsmanshipby AzrifelComment: Beautiful composition on this photo. The soft light brings up all the details and subtelty of the old building. However, I think the border undermines the subtelty of the photo. A more neutral border would be more appropriate, I think. |

May The Light Shine On Youby goodtempoComment: Very lovely. Perfect composition and beautiful colours. I won't be surprised at all if this ends up in the top 10 (but then, I'm often wrong). |

It's true! She discovered Neatimage and how to use the levels adjustment in the Gimp while processing this photo (from conversations with me and puppet10). I'm so proud... and jealous! :P |
