Stairwellby jimmyn4Comment: Wow, great sense of perspective. The textures and colours here are cool. Some areas seem a little out of focus without meaning to be. A smaller aperture and longer shutter speed... etc (if you have that kind of control on your camera). |

The Greener Side of the Fenceby GotchaComment: A busy photo. All the trees distract from the fence, and the light is very bright. Perhaps if you had focussed more on the fence and not tried to frame the house in as well, you would have created a photo with more impact. |

Trumpting in the Moonby AnachroniteComment: Nice composition, and I love the shadows on this. Seems slightly pixellated, but that could be because of a low end camera. |

Future Ballerinasby SonifoComment: Pretty. Brings back hideous memories! I love the grainy black and white, although the pink border kind of undermines it a bit. The composition is great. |

Windswept Pasturesby TarbiniComment: Very nice colours and lovely composition. It's hard to see how a lot of people think wind farms are visual pollution! |

Goddess of Mercy in winter outfitby kenboComment: Neat! Where is this? The composition is masterful. I love the way she looks down over the landscape in the background, from way up in the sky. |

You're My Palby welcherComment: This is just really, really cool. I love the colours, the cool distortion of the water, and the composition. 10! |

Columbiaby tfarrell23Comment: I really can't find any way to judge this photo with respect to the challenge, but maybe that's a cultural thing? I also don't really like photos that are of something 2 dimensional from a perpendicular camera angle. This seems to break the rule on photographing a work of art in its entirety, although I'm sure it would be DQ'ed by now if others agreed with me.
The composition is striking and thel ighting is good, but that's about all I can say. |
