Hm... honestly, I think the composition in this image is too geometrical. The way the post-it notes frame the reflection of the person is too strong and... predictable? The idea is well enough, but the way it has been composed is just not doing it for me.

Interesting idea. It definitely alludes to a much grander story. As if there was a ransom to be paid in exchange for a life, and the greater circumstances led to the payee being late... now what??? dun dun dunnnn
