The Refby MinsoPhotoComment: I just ordered the challenge by my vote... this one sat at the top of the screen. Really surprised this placed only 39th. I gave it a 9 |

Up to the skyby thorb59Comment: Whilst a nice shot, I see the structure as the main subject with the sky as a supporting role, opposite to the challenge brief. I am therfore knocking a point off for my perception that this DNMC. |

Baloonsby JeffryZComment: Nice shot, but I'm seeing the structure (ship?) and the balloons as the main subject, with the sky as only a supporting role - the opposite of the challenge brief. Therefore I will be knocking a point off for my perception that it DNMC. |

Sunset Flightby fotomann_foreverComment: Can't help feeling this is a photo of a model rather than a photo of the sky - the sky seems to be the supporting feature in this. In my opinion this would be a much better shot without the model, and would also meet the challenge more. Therefore I'm knocking a point off for my perceived DNMC. |

merging with the sky by PennyStreetComment: Another great photo that I feel DNMC. I'm seeing the building as the subject of this shot, and the sky is in a supporting role, the opposite of the challenge brief. I really like the shot but I am torn. However, I'm knocking a point off for my perceived DNMC. |

The sun in the skyby hajekaComment: A bit too much land I think.. this is slightly more than a supporting role. Love the feel of the shot though. |

Heliosby KarenNfldComment: I'm saying that the subject of your photo is the parachutists, not "the sky" as per the challenge. One could argue that they are "in" the sky, but they are not the sky. My wife actually thinks that this does meet the challenge (and I can't argue that it's a great shot - very simple in composition, and great visual impact), but unfortunately for you she's not voting, I am. Therefore, I will be knocking off a mark or two for my perception of a DNMC. Sorry |

Last night's conversationby aznymComment: Really nice abstract but this to me is a picture (however abstract) of some flowers, rather than of the sky. Therefore I will be knocking a mark or two off for my perception of a DNMC. That said, I would glady hang this on my bedroom wall. |
