Getting Woodby westfordComment: I know this could be a million places but it really reminds me of where I grew up in Scotland. Not that I grew up in the middle of the country, but the hills in the background are much like those I was so used to seeing.
As such I think I have a natural fondness towards the photo. |

gamineby MarfunComment: This is nice and exactly the effect I was expecting from this challenge. I think a slight change in framing and I would have liked this a lot more. |

Sunset at the dockby jgirl57Comment: This is a nice looking scene but the super heavy dose of burn isn't helping it.
I get the purpose, but I just don't think it's come off well. |

Stalkerby nygoldComment: Nicely setup, a slightly obvious but nonetheless well executed photo.
My only complaint is that the focal point is so narrow that even the focused area has a bit of blur about it and leaves you with nothing quite crisp about the overall shot, which for a setup like this I would usually expect. |

Foliageby MonaComment: Not really abstract and nothing particularly fascinating about it to make it stand out. |

Round and Round We Goby westfordComment: This is well framed, well lit and generally well presented, but it doesn't hold a great deal of interest for me as a photo.
I can't say for sure what it is, I'm guessing a furniture piece but at the same time I don't find myself with a great desire to know so it doesn't really hold my attention. |

Forest Floorby giantmikeComment: I've seen lots of photos of this style and I do quite like them. This particular one for some reason has a very odd effect in that I feel like I'm actually looking at a curved image, my brain is struggling slightly to process it!
Not sure if that was your intention (if it was then it's remarkably well done). I think if this was big enough it might actually play with my sense of level! |

Tunnel Visionby TelephantComment: Certainly one of the more abstract I've seen in the challenge.
Remember when WinAmp was the big thing for playing MP3s and it had that visualisation plugin thing, this reminds me a lot of that! |

Sweepby PennyStreetComment: This is peaceful, makes me think of a happy journey on a train.
I would expect to see something like this hanging in the foyer of a large corporate building. |
