Not really sure how this relates to Les Miserables other than pavement. If I was judging just on the photo, I would give it a 6 or 7, but due to the challenge, I give it a 4

	The Water Babies ~ Charles Kingsley by Ja-9 Comment: I can see this as an interpretation of a water baby. The person is a fish until redemption. The image looks like watercolor. I like that. The one distraction for me is the yellow wisps at the top right of the image. They keep pulling my eye away. Overall I like the image. Gave it a 5
