Great composition. With some of the pins of older presidents it lends itself to monochrome or b&w. Great details in the flag. Almost feel the texture of the fabric.

Composition is good. Sky is kind of bright. The bird flying helps give it some interest. Some good looking shadows in the building and face of the bust. A little tweaking with the contrast and brightness should help.

Picture is bright. The frame helps. Play around f-stop should give better depth of field. Blurring the cage and focusing in on the animal.
