Shooting through glass is tough because of reflections or focus. On this piece its the focus, but that is what makes this good. I like how the picture looks monochromatic except the siren lights and the intersection sign. Give you a feeling of what happened. Composition is good. I like the angle you used.

Composition is good. Play with f-stop a little bit more. It should give the spider more details.
