Wowing mesmerized me with the big eyes for voting high scores but I don't hear him hooting at all. I realy want that beak to speak. I guess that is why nature photographers are such a patient lot waiting day's, weeks and plus that we in a challenge don't have. If his/her beak were open, I would have given a 7 to 9 score for sure. Nice clear bird photo. Good luck.
