Feetby JermyComment by TooCool: A shot like this could actually work. However in this instance there is just too much clutter in the background. Look at most of the high scoring shots. They are very simple with little or no unnecessary elements in them. You would also have to have a different lighting scheme for this to work good. It's pretty obvious that you used the flash here. Some good lighting from one side and maybe some more subtle lighting from the other side would give the important part of the shot (the feet) much more depth.
