Great dramatic clouds in the sky, makes for a nice contrast with the lighter yellow in the horizon. I like the silhouette effect, though I wish there was more distance in the shot. The tree looks very close up. Fits the challenge well. Nicely done. 6

Neg .. I don't like how the clouds on bottom are so bright - almost like there's too much contrast. The clouds on top are a bit grainy. I wish the tree was more off centred..

It's nice, the clouds and the low lighting, but the fence is a bit of a throw off and the little tree next to the bigger one makes it look like companionship more than loneliness.

Would be better for me if I could either see the fence a little better or not at all and the tree is too centred, putting it off to the side a little more and working with the so called rule of thirds would have made this tree look slightly more alone ( partly to do with the fact that there is another smaller tree next to it ! )

A nice shot overall but for me personally it conveys more landscape than urban, not a balance of both. If the cropping was a little tighter maybe and a bit less sky? Also ithe horizon looks very washed out on my monitor but the right lower half side is very clear and crisp compared to the rest of the shot.
