devils appleby EmyloyComment by Plachoochi: This is an intersting subject. I feel it could have more punch if you increase your depth of field so that the background is more blurred and less distracting. I think tighter crop on the devil's apples would pull your attention to the subject. |

devils appleby EmyloyComment by Elaine: DNMC--A still life to me is about the set up and lighting, and both are lacking in this shot, IMO.
The fruit does not stand out from the rest of the shot, and I think a different time of day would have helped with the lighting. |
