At a standstillby acerbisComment by Kemptonreporter: One feels that the aperture could have been closed down more, in order to shrink that pool of white light above the company sign, together with the other naked bulbs which are in view.
Setting the tripod up 10 steps to the left might also have solved the perspective tilt problem.
The square crop is nice.
The colours are rich, and with just a bit more contrast, this photo would make you want to look at it even more.

Edible Shapesby acerbisComment by HVGB_photos: Interesting shot, but the idea of shape is lost because most of the objects are out of focus. Try shooting with a narrower aperture (larger f-stop number) to get a wider depth of field and more of the objects in focus. This will enhance the idea of comparing shapes |
