This picture is okay however .If I were to follow this theme I would have placed the orange differently with some eaten and just skin aqnd perhaps not on a plate in the grass but with plate/containor on a players bench with the field as a backdrop with the net or goal posts or bleachers as backdrop.

Orange slices are often served up as halftime refreshments but this composition
just says fruit.
5 from me.
I think you had an excellent idea you just needed to expand on it some.

Love this idea (I considered submitting similar one) ... a tad brighter than my taste but certainly fits the challenge (you can see at least two sources from the sparkles). Colors are beautiful ... very opalescent. Framing is also extraordinary.

Succinct and understated. I like the off centering of the sign and the rust stains on the door. Could be slightly more saturated - it feels slightly flat.

Sometimes I wish I had gone fishin' - rather than score image after image of toliet seats, cigarettes, and noses! You get an extra point just for the relief! It's an ORIGINAL idea (sigh) and well exposed and composed. Not terribly exciting however.

Great idea for a photo. Wish it had some more detail somehow though, not sure how exactly. Maybe different lighting, something to bring out the contrast. Good job..
