The flash is a bit harsh.
There's a sick part of me that actually wants to see the end of the little yolk strand that's going off the page.

I really like your shot, pity the image quality is not up to the mark too much noise and it looks out of focus. Also look out for those reflections on the tops of the wine glasses.

Exposure compensation should have been set down a few steps to keep the snow/clouds from blowing out on this. Also, for future reference, these types of shots make for great HDR and B/W potential.

This looks very last second and hurried. The lighting is very harsh and the subject matter isn't portrayed in a particularly interesting method. Getting closer to your subject matter and lower, including more just the feet and the area to the right of the person, will make the framing less awkward than cutting them off at the knees.
