Interesting bar across the door to the main breaker. Guess they didnt notice you can lock the door with the tab on the bottom. Being an electrician by trade I look at certain things a bit different.

I like the photo too. Its natural monochrome is exploited by the noon (ish) day sun coming almost straight down.

not quite enough "circle" to this...(although I would argue that when I get my next electric bill!!) maybe if you had focused on the dial more...gotten closer you would have had several circles at the same time

I really like this shot but is that a ummmm budgie as the beak seems wrong? I like the way this shifts from light to dark on the diagonal. The thing that really lets this image down is the distracting white object in the background. Being advanced editing couldnt you have darkened that down?

B&W is probably a good choice because the background is not as blurry as i would like to see and so the lack of its color makes for less of a distraction. This is not bad i like the motion feel.
