 Adjusted warmth and saturation both global and selective
Some glamour glow
Applied a ND filter to the top half
Applied a b/w layer and blended the sky to darken
Applied additional Orange tint ND in LR from both top and bottom
sharpened etc, etc.

The boat seems a little soft to me.
I like the line and the pieces of wood in the water, that forcefully lead to the subject. The building are also a nice shade of orange.

Beautiful scenery. It's a shame about the wood in the water gets in the way...at least for me. Great shot nevertheless.

I like how the rope leads you to the boat, and the reflection of the boat in the water, you did a good job.

This is a really, really nice shot, beautifully squared up and framed, lovely light, just first-rate. It's unfortunate it's not crisper, sharper, but that doesn't take much away from it int he end :-)
