Danger sign: I'm really starting to like this one and think it has a chance to do well. Given that the two other pics I entered from the cruise are both sub-5 at the moment, I don't really have high hopes for it, but one can always dream ....

Bummer your dreams were dashed so cruelly. I can't believe I'm the only 10, but there ya go. What a wonderful shot, in my book... If you'd entered this in Fine Arts, which I'm jurying, it would have made my short list and been guaranteed an honorable mention...

Would have found a larger depth of field more appealing, or perhaps even using hyper-focal distance on your distance scale, even a smaller aperture would have helped ... but just my opinion ... the use of leading lines to pull the viewer's attention towards the bow was good, but for me would have been better if the ship was in focus all the way around ...

taken through a window? anyway nice shot. this way the lighting is perfect (chances of harsh lighting was very high it seems). 5
