 4 different images layered in photoshop, each one of them resized and palced carefully. top 3 layers representing nose, eyes and mouth were added layer mask and appropriately masked..masks were blured and fine tuned to create smooth transition.. hope you guys enjoy..

I think it would be better if the background was white, but awesome, hilarious photo!
