I wanted to enter in the color portrait challenge for the DPC-O, but I really couldn't come up with a good idea at first: Do I shoot with one of my musical instruments? Do I shoot it serious? Do I use white or dark background? Too many choices. Most of my initial shots were just plain bad, so I decided to go another way...humorous. In comes my son Charlie's  tuba_charlie tuba...and it became the costume for a new super hero...TUBA MAN!
Editing: Cropped image, adjusted levels, hue/saturation, selective colors, noise ninja, save for web, noise ninja, USM at large radius (8,50,0), save for web. |

| Interesting portrait and certainly not anything I've seen before. Great sharpness thoughout. The reflections in the metal are a little bright but of course being metal....tough material to shoot I guess. |
