The first truly warm day of the year here and I was thrilled to capture this great candid of a man at the beach with his granddaughter.

If you cant leave your children with good memories and lessons of sound life principles with eternal value, then best not leave as much as a foot print in society.

Lovely pic. I need to be more the man with the child in his hand than the one behind te camera.

Vantage point was a pier. I had my 75-300mm pretty much full open and the range was somewhere between 30-50 yards. I go up there quite frequently with the family. I'll get a good shot of the pier next time I'm out and get it in my portfolio.

This is an absolutely stunning photo. I love how they're holdings hands and looking down together; these shared moments do make for great memories. I sure hope you know these people and that they get a copy of this. My favorite of the challenge so far.
