Immediately after a quick hitting winter storm here in Colorado, I went out to Red Rocks hoping to get something for this challenge. When I stumbled upon this scene with these deer peacefully grazing in the white silence, I knew I had something I'd be happy with. I'm not sure how well this will be received, but I really like this shot and I'm not really too concerned about final placement.

This was one of my favorites. I do not understand the 5.7! It's stunning in every way! I love those tiny little deer and the perspective it gives to this massive scene!

white tail or mule deer at the base of the rocks. could use a little contrast and saturation to score higher. nice shot. 6

I like this shot. The angle of the rocks makes this feel like the perspective is off, but after you look at if for a while, it makes sense.

I like the idea of this. I think if it were mine, I'd adjust levels and saturate the reds and yellows to give it more pop.

This is stunning! I recognize the place and it is one of my favorite places on the planet! I just love the perspective that those tiny elk give to show the massive expanse of this scene and those rocks! The autumn and winter mix is so amazing! This is an Outdoor Photographer cover for sure! 10 & a favorite :)
