Wow, what a cool idea! I can see how this is not DPC friendly in that it didn't score well. This is great thinking for a shot though. Perhaps the same idea but with more of a link between the two halves of the image.

Let's forget about that challenge, right? ;-) I think yours is an innovative, creative photograph. I like it. Challenges are sometimes way too limiting. At least, don't take it to heart...

The split image doesn't work for me there is no flow.

I'm not sure what you did to superimpose the factory on top of the tree. I think the factory by itself would have been more interesting, though.

interesting...a reflection I am guessing...while it's interesting, it is rather bland as far as the subject goes

This is a very odd double-exposure. My guess is that you are trying to make a statement about the contrasting environments (nature vs. industry). But I really don't get a sense of conflict that would underscore your message. Still an interesting technique though.

In a landscape image I would rather not see the distracting man made elements

I'm having difficulty working this out. What the hell is that blue?
Feels like two images badly layered in photoshop

This picture utterly confuses me, but it is cool on a twisted way.
