Haha, I used to own those same slippers.

Too much PP for my taste and more leg than paper; sorry.

Negative IMage processing? The biggest aspect of what throws me off on this one is I see the coffee cup, I don't see the paper, and the slipper looks like it is on the model's hand rather than foot.

I like that you tried something different from many of the other entries. Refreshing.

wow, that's art! I'll bet it's not being too well received by THIS crowd though.

The background treatment is cool, cutting out the flesh tones and "plunking" them on top is disturbing to my eye. I would like to see the photographic hand and arm blended a little more subtlely into the artistic background.

If you hadn't told me that was a slipper, I would have had no idea. maybe slippers that were easier to "see" as slippers would help that - so go to the store and buy new stuff for every challenge would ya? :-)

I like the over all artistic approach, and I think the composition is cool. 6

I'm not a big fan of extreme post processing. Maybe I just don't have the imagination to understand what you you were trying to accomplish here.

I see the coffee cup, but without the caption I would wonder a bit about the rest of the photo. Interesting choice of processing. Like the color combo.

Looks kinda cool as a thumbnail, but then at full size.. ugh. (For obvious reasons I hope)

I'm all for experimentation, but this doesn't seem to quite come together. but I'll give you a 6 for courage.

My wife and daughter don't like it, and you'll probably get killed on it in the challenge.....I *do* like it, though!

Nice work, IMO, but the DPCers don't care for the poster-style post processing.

I think the post processing has failed to rescue this image.

Wow. That's some extreme filtering effect or something. A bit too much for me.

Yeesh... I can't imagine why you would enter such a thing. Sorry to be so negative, but I see no redeeming qualities of this at all. - 1

I really like the "POP" art feel of this one, and it is so retro.....
