 More candles, this time on a smoked glass tabletop.

Crop, hue/sat, shadow/highlight, reduce noise, usm, save for web.

I expected more impact but there probably wasn't enough light for good contrast. Some posterization visible but I can live with it.

Consider shadow on candle in foreground. Photo might be stronger if it were not cropped.

I think you'll get voted down because they don't look too purple. also, it looks a little noisy. Maybe shoot as lower ISO? I do like the composition and the black surface.
