 Digital Photo Professional: pushed contrast.
In Photoshop: shadows/highlights, adjusted levels, pushed saturation, changed hue of reds, pushed contrast, cropped, applied USM @ 150% and 1,5 px, resized, applied USM @ 70% and 0,7 px, added border with canvas size.

Looks a little harsh. Oversharpened? Or just naturally reflected light?
