One of the few who understand what a still life it (IMO). I like the individual components of the study, but I'm not keen on how you composed them. I think they are a little static with this straight on position. I would have liked a little higher POV, the objects all in frame (the book bothers me the most) and a more dynamic angle. Still, a good attempt and a 6

I think that the idea is good but the realization have many problems. too much cuts on the objects, the flower haven't a good sharpness.

I never understand why people insist on putting flowers into compositions like this. I'm looking at the picture wondering why is that stupid flower there. Put a candle or something else in to ballance the composition. If that flower wasn't there, I'd give you a 10. As it is, I can only give you an 8.
