Would love to take a tour! I've never been to New Jersey. Not sure if I like this taking up the entire frame of the picture or not...seeing some of the scenery around it would have been nice, but maybe, in your situation it wasn't the greatest at the time. Oh well. Reminds me of the trolley on Mr. Rogers.

Lighting seems a little flat. I would try shooting from different angles as well to give a different perspective

4 - Think perhaps if you went for an unusual perspective using this vehicle, may have given this extra in my opinion. Also trying to not get your reflection in shot, unless that was intentional.
