SO easy, SO good.

Trim and blanch in salted boiling water for 2 minutes a pound of fresh-from-the-garden beans. Shock them in ice water and spread them on a towel to dry.

When they are dry, put them on a platter and drizzle with good EVOO, then sprinkle with a bit of flaky sea salt.
