Yes, it has been taken down. :)

I hope he learned his lesson.

It was still there a couple hours ago and I left the comment that I believed permission to use the photo had been denied.

A DPCer just alerted me to this photo. Look familiar? Even worse, it was picked up as an example of bad Photoshopping and there wasn't any! Grrr....

I think what the 'bad photoshoppers' are saying is that the extra fingers were introduced inadvertently due to some bad photoshopping (other examples on the site show extra limbs and arms and legs twisted in strange directions because of genuinely bad photoshopping)

Either way, it's stolen.

Probably, but it's amusing/annoying that there was basically NO Photoshopping. This has happened before. I few years ago, this shot took first place at the Photoshopping site Worth1000.com... only I didn't enter it, and it was a Basic Editing photo. Some character actually "reverse-Photoshopped" it into separate images and claimed my shot was a composite of those. I had it removed within an hour. Somehow I doubt the website in Argentina will even acknowledge my copyright infringement note. :-/

Unfortunately, some people seem to use DPC as a source of free stock photos.... :-/ (One disadvantage of high placement on the google images index)
