Don's on fire...

Well done and thank you.

There might be a very interesting response to these tutorials. We may be surprised to find how boxed in many people actually are. I just hope there aren't too many who dice up the language of these general guidelines.

Thank you for taking the time to write this. I don't think that newbies should just read it, everyone should, it is very clear and concise!

Really well done. Thanks for taking the time to put it togehter. My only other thought on this is to avoid a knee jerk reaction to a subject that you don't like (nudes, religion, etc.) I've seen many photos get low scores because the individual didn't like the subject, dispite the photo meeting the challenge and well executed.

Comment about the photography. Leaving negative remarks and the subject (a person) is rude and uncalled for and should not be tolerated on this site.

This isn't HotorNot.

Thanks soo much for this tutorial on commenting, its great advice for everyone! I am new here and haven't really figured out how to comment on all the ones that I have wanted to, maybe this will help me find the right words?
I appreciate the input!

"Be gentle with negative reactions."

But as long as I remain positive about my insulting, profanity laced comments I'm ok, right?

A very good read (and I liked that it wasn't that long - the short and precise manner of it makes you read it all without loosing track of where you are).
