Awww, while Lost (& Found) were being entertained all across the continent, little HitchBot ran in to the worst possible trouble.

L&F made it to San Francisco, and the duo are now on their way around what's left of their world itinerary.

Somehow, I know they will make it safely home.

I do wish HItchBot could have completed such a marvelous journey.

Did it have a Dallas Cowboys logo on it by chance? I know Chris Christie wouldn't even stand a chance in this city right now because of that...

Well, the journey has ended for the tiny hitchhiking automation.. After successfully hitchhiking across Canada and Europe, it only took a few days in the US before someone murdered it.

Slightly better article with pics.

Just more proof that this country has a very serious problem.
