I'll assume that the spherical objects are a *certain* part of the foreground subject, because the circles on the background do not appear to be 3 dimensional.

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: Very nice street shot - interesting character with an interesting backdrop. The interplay between the owl and the girl works really well. I really like the arm in the window too. I'm normally not fond of centred compositions, but this works well.

Critical stuff: Not much - I think, subject-wise, there is only so much interest in this scene, nbut you have certainly made the most of what was there.
