+The DPL sat dormant for a number of years and was finally resurrected in 2010.  The second season saw minor adjustments to scoring and ranking.  Instead of using vote averages for scoring, percentiles were used as a more effective way to score vastly differing challenge topics.  A team cap was implemented to avoid another [[http://www.dpchallenge.com/league/league_team_profile.php?DPL_TEAM_ID=7|Ribbon Hogs]] massacre.
