Cool photo, but looks like a snapshot. I do like how well you can clearly see his eye... like he is lookng at you. |

Normally I would prefer the subject to be more isolated from the background for wildlife shots. I see what you're going for by keeping definition in the background, but think it would still benefit from a better backdrop. Of course, birds aren't very obedient, either. |

Ah, here's an example of when letting the bird camoflauge is a good thing. You still have great focus on the bird, but the shot feels very organic. I love it. Well done. |

The bird is lost in the tree... and a clever title won't save him. *grin* A pity, too.. since the bird is so nicely photographed. (not voting yet) |
