Not crazy about the lens choice and making the head out of proportioned, but I can see (or hope) you did it intentionally for effect. Could be my monitor but looks like all the detail in the horses nose is lost and makes a black hole in the middle of the picture.
Snapshot feel with blown out sky. Clouds(what you can make of them) are strangely pinkish. Your camera must have exposed for the horse - that's why the sky is blown.
