Popular items in coalition camps in Iraq - water bottles and concrete barriers. Incidentally, this particular bottled water company is a subsidiary of the Coca Cola bottling company.

you should call this the Three Amigos. for some reason I am totally fascinated by the two bottles casting three shadows. The bottles are not personified, but the shadows are!

You know how you look at something quickly and your mind thinks it seems something else? I swear, when I saw your title, I thought "War Water." ROFL

COOL Shadows!!

Wow...another slice of your day! Thanks for sharing something that is so completely foreign to me. I'm really enjoying your images, Deb. You have such creative talent. Did you notice how the word WAR is part of the label on the water bottle? Odd thing. Keep up your photo diary. Keep safe, too.

There you go again making art out of the simplest subjects. Your desert photos truly could make a gallery. They are so interesting, and they depict the life there so strikingly well!

I really like that splash of blue on the right. It's like a window into another world.

You certainly know how to squeeze every drop of creativity out of your meager, beige surroundings, Deb. This could be an ad. The water looks that much more refreshing against the arid surroundings, and the shadows intensify the sense of the hot sun beating down.

I have to agree with what was already said - this makes a great photo of something very ordinary.

i like this. i think a more stark composition (just the bottles and the wall) would be cool too. great color, as usual.
