The fence(s) behind the helo pad waiting area (which was a canvas tarp and a couple of benches). I spent about 6 hours there, so I took a few pictures while waiting.

I like this a lot. I've tried to take pictures of barbed wire, hoping they would look like this, but they never do. notice how the wires catching light are against the black sky and the unlit wires are against the sand... you are a master of time and space!

Wow...what an interesting image. How do you do it? You take images of sand and barbwire and make them look like art! This image is stunningly beautiful and frightening all at once. The lights add so much drama to the shadows. Really good image. My favorite so far. Thanks for sharing your digital diary with us!!

There's something oddly beautiful about this. There's a quiet gracefulness among the chaos.

Six hours?? Yeah, I would have taken a few pictures, too. This is amazing - love the lights and how the wire picks it up. This really tells a story, too. Love it.

you go to the most 'interesting' places .. this one looks dangerous .. i find this a very intense photograph .. like a kick in the face ... humanity and its proclivities .. :)

Waiting is always a good possibility to make photos (if possible). The fence has almost a Christmas look here.
