Lovely capture. I really like it. I think it would be even stronger if cropped closer in to lose a little of the lower foreground and the two gents at the right.

Composition: is not quite right maybe another viewpoint
Technical: Focus, Exposure: are good
Appeal: the lighting is good an appealing pic, that tells you a story

Nice capture - Like the light and movement but the composition needs work - A little off the bottom would help
