Sorry for this comment during voting. I downloaded a script to vote with the keypad and it wasn't working right. I am going back and commenting on all these I messed up on.

I love the details that you caught here. The B&W conversion is perfect. It seems a bit tilted to me. Also I don't see how it meets the ROT. But it is still a great shot, just not perfect for this challenge.

Not sure about the composition. This is one of those pics where either a looser crop to show some environment or a tighter crop to bring more focus to the building and its details would have been better. Your conversion to BW looks good as does the exposure. It is slightly tilted but that may be the building, not your camera position.

Central subject.. granted the porch bars are on ROT lines but nothing lies on the itnersects.

This is centered, doesn't meet the challenge.

Good symmetry and great in B&W, but it doesn't meet the Rule of 3rds. No, the chimney doesn't count, it's too beyond and not a main focal point.
