I think I like the full image better than cropped, mine appeared to be left side heavy but yours looks well balanced. Your sky treatment is very nice but noise is beginning to show. If possible, select the sky and use a 'smart blur', radius about 5 with a threshold of 25 to blur out the noise. In both our treatments the sky is blown behind the castle as a result of original image overexposure. Your castle looks much better than mine with a better contrast. One other thing; the image is slightly tilted, I used a 0.75 degree cw rotation to correct the tilt.
Overall impression is very good.
Note to Bmartuch: Watch that exposure!
