 This is my first submission to a challenge on this site. Very simple set up includes book, my glasses (blind without them), and the mid-day sun.

I really love this photo. The font you chose to display seems perfect. Personally, I would have liked to seen this image sepia toned.

Believe it or not, the lenses are really there. This was shot using the setting sun through my screen door as the only illumination. I got really lucky on the absence of glare. Thanks to all who voted and left comments! :)

very cool shot...i take it the lens was removed? I'd be interested to see what it would look like with it in...but I'm sure that's why you chose to do without =`)

I like how the glasses magnify the words at this angle. As a librarian I really like the theme! I think the focus is great. All the letters are crisp and clean. Black and white is a plus too.

The thing that makes this image is the frame within a frame provided by the glasses. Nice DOF shows the texture on the paper. Excellent shot, 9
