 I hate to enter what seem to me like the cliche "looking up at a building" shot, but I like it and there is more to it than the side of a building.

I suppose non-cyclists really won't see more in this than a couple of street signs. So I'm hopeful, but a fivish score won't surprise me at all.

For those who don't ride a bike and question why a bicycle should be allowed to use the full lane, rather than being required to hug the curb: By taking the full lane, a cyclist is making themselves more visible to motorists AND making the motorist pull out to pass, rather than squeezing by when there may not really be enough room to do so safely.
