One of the lamest, uninteresting challenge subjects i've seen in a long time. Bah! Awful. I hope an intelligent, fascinating, actually 'challenging' subject like Yanko's 'Human Portrait With No People' suggestion comes along soon.

Yeah, are you serious with this challenge? I was wondering if I traveled back in time and it was april 1st, I don´t think I have ever been less enthused about a challenge theme at this site.

Larus All you have to do is strap your camera bag to one of those beautiful Icelandic Women and collect a Ribbon.

At least I'm not the only one that thought this was a lame challenge. I wasn't going to say anything to the public because every time I do I get beat up by the "oh dirt_diver your so negative" crew, (yeah you know who you are) but seriously this challenge SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why? What makes the DPL bigger than the premise of the site?

This is better than something like Sunsets VI or another Portrait challenge. I like this one because it doesn't have a roman numeral behind it. Fresh Ideas are a good thing...

This reminds me a little of the lenscap challenge we had EXACTLY 4 years ago - on the date.
But you can do more with a lenscap than you can with a bag - at least as I see it right now.

It's you're not your. Sorry but 98% 99.9% of people on this site do not know this. Now you do. Negative but not in the way you expected. :)

I like the challenge. Simple but it asks to be creative. Let's see you artsy fartsy folks do something interesting instead of complaining about subject matter. ;) ;) ;)

While I'm at it.

Yes, these words sound the same but have different definitions and uses which I will not define here, look them up.

Sorry to be the spelling police but I just can't take it sometimes and this is the first time I say anything about it so there. ;)

Yes I do know this but thanks for pointing that out. Something I just accidentally put in the heat of the moment.

I'm the spelling police, Louis is the grammar police. :)

After reading what I wrote I'm not so sure you're right. I was speaking in the present tense and not the past tense.

Louis?

Yes that's another one. :)

Would an empty camera bag do for this challenge? Description doesn't say you need to have equipment in it. DNMC police?

I am currently doing a CELTA course, so I have grammar on the brain for now.
Jac, thank you for pointing out all those spelling mistakes, they drive me nuts, too.
One that I'd like to add is "should have" or "would have" - NOT "should of" or "would of".
However, Mike is right....... you should have said "the first time I have said" (in the past, but still influences the present).

Forgive whatever mistakes I just made - I HAVE HAD a glass of wine :-)
